Pressure-compensated Control Valves
Facts for Decision Makers:
- no electrical power source needed
- automatic pressure compensation
- precise low-flow control
The control valves do not require any electrical power source since the desired flow rate is manually set via the needle valve. Any upstream or discharge pressure variations are automatically compensated by a built-in membrane-operated valve to ensure a steady, constant flow. Sophisticated design and construction of these valves ensure a pressure sensitivity smaller than 0.5–1% reading/bar. Four models of the control valve series are available to control flow capacities in a range from 0.02 to 50 ln/min (N2 equivalent) and from 3 to 1800 ml/min for water. While process connections are optionally available, the
in-line valve assemblies are equipped as standard with G 1/4″ BSPP female inlet and outlet ports.
