Cepa Z 11 Centrifuge

05.05.2015 Padberg's Cepa Z 11 high-speed centrifuge offers continuous flow and comes with a stainless steel casing. Particles down to 20 nm (e.g.TiO2 in water) are separated at 80,000 × g.

The centrifuge is directly driven. The solids content of 250 ml of liquid can be separated per batch. The stainless steel casing is easy to clean and all wetted parts can be sterilized in an autoclave. In contrast to normal bench top centrifuges with high g-forces, considerably higher quantities of nanoparticles can be separated at the same time. According to the manufacturer, the machine will be ready for series production at the end of 2015.
