Palletising in Tight Environments

1250 PalletSystem

06.05.2015 The 1250 Pallet System from Koch is a new member in the manufacturer´s family of standardised robot cells. Even when pallets are changed, the robot goes on palletising without stopping. This means speeds in excess of 20 containers per minute are possible, all in a tiny space of some 16 square metres.

The manufacturer´s time-tested modules are also used for this system. As a result, users benefit from high system availability, simple operation and a high level of flexibility for different types of containers and palletising patterns. The solution fulfils all the requirements of the Machinery Directive and the applicable harmonised standards. Therefore the system complies with the Health and Safety at Work Act and the Operational Safety Code. The robot systems can be implemented in all factory areas as integrable individual systems or turnkey filling and packaging lines.
