Air-operated Pinch Valves

In addition to absolutely tight shut-off of the piping and fast response times, these pinch valves many other advantages: The modular system allows free configuration of all valve components according to requirements. Absolutely free product flow prevents blockages in the area of the valve. The crevice-free design allows use in food and pharmaceutical processes. In-place cleaning and easy in-house maintenance save time and money. Even after high stress use and numerous closing and opening cycles in a short time, these valves have an extremely long service life without loss of reliability. They can handle bulk solids, granules, suspensions, or contaminated liquids. Depending on the series, these pinch valves are available in nominal sizes DN10 to DN300. They can be assembled from different materials, used at operating pressures up to 6 bar, and are compatible with all common pipe connections. Special mechanical pinch valve solutions are  available for higher operating pressures up to 40 bar.
