The MH3BM, specially designed for automation tasks in the biomedical field, will also be featured at the company‘s stand. In addition, the human-like Motoman CSDA10F robot will be performing complex laboratory tasks in a live demonstration cell. The CSDA10F dual arm robot was designed for applications in biomedicine (cancer drug development) and analytical chemistry (sample preparation). The series was specially modified to meet hygienic requirements in the laboratory and can handle virtually any existing standard laboratory equipment and conventional analytical instruments. Automatic analytical equipment with specialized liquid handling systems and expensive consumables are unnecessary. Suited to standardized test sequences, the robot is at the same time flexible and capable of learning new work sequences quickly and easily. The robot is also of interest for process development work. The MH3BM handling robot was specially designed for applications in the biomedical sector. It is suited for the most exacting hygienic standards and can therefore be used for the development of new medications, sample processing or pharmaceutical dosing applications. Furthermore, approval for use in Class ISO5 clean rooms makes it eligible for a wide range of assembly, handling and packaging tasks in the laboratory or in production facilities of many industries.
